CLB Construction offers a wide range of HVAC services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients.
To keep your HVAC system running efficiently, it's important to have it serviced at least once a year. However, if you have an older system or if you use it frequently, you may want to have it serviced more often.
If you would like, we can set up a yearly service drop in to make sure that system is working properly.
Yes definitely. CLB Construction does speedy and affordable installs to get rid of those old, less efficient systems.
Bonus: We offer all types of payments as well!
Great question. Mini splits or Ductless systems are extremely common and very efficient systems. They are quite a bit less expensive as well and are good for cooling/heating bedrooms at separate times.

Basic HVAC Diagnosis
This is a basic diagnosis for HVAC systems. We check for efficiency, cleanliness of filter, outdoor unit, appropriate size of unit per house size and other basic needs.
Basic Diagnosis
$250
The most basic diagnosis we offer. This is good for a regular once a year check up. Just to make sure those AC's are working properly before a hot summer ☀️
Basic Diagnosis+Filter Replacement/Condenser clean
$350
This includes everything in the basic diagnosis plus a replacement of that dirty, old filter you have from the last tune up! We will also wash out the condenser to make sure it is properly working.
HVAC Full Diagnosis
Everything in the basic but includes more in depth problem solving
Check Refrigerant Levels
$500
We will refill refrigerant and make sure that AC is nice and cool. We will also confirm it is a refrigerant that is capable of refilling.
If it is not, we will let you know and how to proceed.
Nothing Is WORKING

Oh NO! That 20 year old AC just stopped working? We got you. This is our full package. We will come diagnosis it and give you the best, affordable quote in town!
Then we will install it and you will need a jacket when the AC is running!
